This is the Classic III BBQ from Kamado Joe. Enhancements on the Mark II include a new smoke box for improved distribution of flavour-enhancing smoke in the chamber, the option to add a third layer to your divide and conquer system, a new charcoal basket to improved airflow, and a more robust trolley base. Other features from the Classic II remain, such as the aluminium rust-proof top vent, air lift hinge for easy lid-lifting and a wire mesh fibreglass gasket.
It has a thick-walled, heat-resistant shell that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature. Beneath the easy-to-open dome you'll find a large cooking surface crafted from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel, which provides ample space for 10–12 fillets or chicken breasts.
